1) Moving rail flash welder load peak reaches 800A to 1000A. Average current is 400A. Total power is 152kW. Total welding time is 130s, and the welding load is 228kWh.

Energy Storage
1) System battery capacity is set so that full-day operation can be guaranteed with some remaining power.
2) Lithium iron phosphate battery pack total capacity should be 438.6kWh.
3) Once fully recharged, it can weld approximately 50 joints.
